What’s Included
Your Facility Rental Includes
- Exclusive use of the venue facilities from 12pm – 11pm. Events must end by 10pm due to county regulations. Vendor cleanup is from 10pm-11pm.
- All vendor access begins at 12pm, including dressing suites. Early access for additional setup/teardown/getting ready may be granted with written approval and is billed as additional venue time at $200 per hour. Additional hours for event time over 6 hours is not permitted.
- Venue management is primary contact prior to event and present during event, walk-through, and rehearsal time.
- All setup and teardown is taken care of by you, your coordinator, and catering.
- The venue can be heated for cool weather gatherings.
Tented Venue Includes
- Twenty (20) round tables – 6′
- Two hundred (200) cross-back reception chairs
- Six (6) banquet tables – 6′
- Six (6) banquet tables – 8′
- Four (4) wooden cocktail tables
- Main house hair and makeup room for bridal party
- Main house pool table and bar area for the groomsmen
Ceremony Site
- One (1) set of corn hole games
- Two (2) options for ceremony arbors
- One (1) large display easels
