A single date can be placed on hold with no obligation for up to 5 days with issued contract and invoice.
Only one date can be placed on hold at a time.
Dates can only be placed on hold once. If the contract expires, we can reissue the contract and you will have 12 hours to sign and complete.

We require a wedding coordinator to assist you through this process. You are able to choose either our in-house coordinator starting at $1,500, or you may choose one from our preferred list.
The event coordinator will ensure that all of your event details and timeline go smoothly. We want you and your guests to have a wonderful time at Circle 3 Ranch, and an event coordinator on the day of your event will be a valuable resource.
Throughout your planning process, we are always happy to help answer questions, send photos, or provide any information before your planner begins working with you. Don’t ever hesitate to ask!

We love showing clients and potential clients around the venue. Please email us directly to make an appointment to make sure the venue will be open and available.
Guests are not authorized to visit Circle 3 Ranch without an appointment.
Please note that the barn manager’s personal residence is also on the property and we have many boarders with horses stalled here. All visitors must be accompanied by a Circle 3 staff member to ensure their safety as well as the safety of our horses.

On-site parking is limited to 80 personal vehicles.
A shuttle service to and from Circle 3 Ranch is highly recommended for any event serving alcohol. You can arrange this service, or we can provide recommendations on services available in the area. We want you and your guests to be safe.
Leaving vehicles overnight is allowed: pickup must be before 11am the next day. Failure to remove vehicles by 11am will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense.

Colorado is known for its year-round beautiful weather. If the weather isn’t exactly what you hoped for, Circle 3 Ranch is prepared to make sure the venue still is. We can keep all of your guests dry and warm inside the tent with heat, if needed. So, while we cannot cancel events due to inclement weather, we will do our best to make sure it is still a beautiful and memorable occasion.

The Circle 3 Ranch property and surrounding area has dry grasses and horses. For the protection of the land and our horses, we cannot allow fireworks or open flames of any kind on the property. This includes sparklers.
We do not allow real candles in the venue.
In order to keep our grounds clean and beautiful and the horses safe, we cannot allow rice, glitter, silly string, silk or fake flower petals, and other difficult to clean items.
Real flower petals, natural products, and bubbles are always allowed.
We offer horses to rent for photo opportunities if you are interested, and you must plan through the coordinator and our barn manager for pricing and timing.

We require that you obtain day-of event insurance prior to your event. There are many affordable plans that can be found through an internet search and typically run from $99-$200. Check for policies at Eventsured, Event Helper and WedSure.
We also recommend purchasing event cancellation/postponement insurance to cover your potential losses for any unknown situation that could arise and give you need to cancel or postpone your event.

In order to keep the outdoors peaceful and respect our neighbors, we require that professional DJs be chosen from our vendor list.

Smoking of tobacco, marijuana, or other substances, is prohibited on the property. Marijuana in any form is strictly prohibited in all areas of the venue property.

If you would like to have your pet at your wedding, please enquire about the pet policies and hiring a pet handler for the event.
